Our policy
An agreement is made when a caller places a call to one of the privately billed telephone lines.
The customer is always informed of the costs, terms and conditions of the call. Call costs are also shown in all advertisements.
A one off surcharge relating to the billing of the service may be charged.
Late payment charges and debt collection fees may be added to late payments.

Call Safety
Calling party identification has been made by electronic reading of your telephone number.
For mobile callers this is known as the Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN).
For landline or IP calls this is known as Calling Line Identity (CLI).

TeleBilling obtains the customer’s name & address by calling back the telephone number that used the service or by using directory enquiry services. Please always check that the telephone number listed as the client number on an invoice is identical to your telephone number. If this is not the case please contact customer services.
